This location is awful. I've been there several times since it is the closest to my house but have since decided that I'd rather drive a little further to the one on Main St because this one is that bad. We often do the online ordering because we don't want to wait in line (which is supposed to be the perk of online ordering as they claim). Well its almost never ready when we get there. Most times they haven't even started it and the few times it is ready, when we get home we realize its made incorrectly. And the food here is not as good as every other location I've tried. And there people that work the are not very friendly. We love Chipotle, just not this location.

Very bad customer service and disrespectful to customers. Manager thought he was being funny, but was just coming off rude. Didn't listen to food orders, so they ended up putting on the wrong things.

You have to repeat which protein you want at least three or four times. For some reason they can never remember. And if there is a "to go" order in front of yours while you are waiting in line it will take even longer.

Is Chipotle actually worthy of a 5? Maybe, maybe not. However, I visited this location in mid-February this year and I am in the area on business several times a year and visit this Chipotle. I just don't understand how this location has such a bad rating. I've always been impressed with how quickly they often move through the line that is regularly 20 people deep. With many University of Northwestern students making up a large portion of the crowd, I've never seen this place not with a line to the door. The food is just as quality as any Chipotle I have ever been to, and I've never had an issue with quality or service. The only issue is that eating her in the winter, often provides you with a chill as literally the door never stops opening for people coming in to get amazing Chipotle food.

This is seriously the slowest Chipotle on earth! Plan on waiting all afternoon and possibly a part of your evening to order something. Nobody knows what they're doing and it's apparent by the confused looks on their faces.
